Hi Monica,
We have arrived safely in our hotel in Vietnam and thank you for setting up a guide in Nanning too, very useful and took away any stress.
We wanted to say a special thank you to you for organising everything and for our flowers and surprises in the hotels (we have kept the double happiness from our hotel door toput up in our new house in Scotland). We had an amazing holiday in China andthe trip was organised excellently. It was a shame we could not meet to thank you personally.
I hope allgoes well in the future and you have as happy a wedding as we did.

The trip was wonderful and Lucy had us fill in a form already, do you still need another feedback?
We were very satisfied with Lucy showing us around, giving us details, many options for more activities and always patiently answering our questions. She did a very good job.
We also liked the Star Way Hotel in Guilin, loved the breakfast and rooms.
The Regency Hotel was, even though it was a 4 start hotel, not as good as the Star Way hotel. The room was not as light and unfortunately there was some construction work until 11pm.
Lucy kindly negotiated with the reception that we could check-out at 1pm, when we arrived, the reception called us to tell us we had to leave at 12.30. Not a big deal but strange. Lucy did her best here, it was definitely not her mistake.
These are all things you could just consider for future guests, not real complaints from my side.
However we felt the trip cost us too much for existing prices in China. As most meals and entering fees for attractions were included we thought it would be very expensive as Guilin and Yangshuo are tourist places. It was a little bitter for us to see that Banyan Tree entrance is only 20 rmb, the moonhill trip was for free, for example.
Going to the rice terraces was great and worth it, no problem whatsoever.
When we did additional attractions we never found out whether the price we paid was the real price.
All in all the programm was great and we definitely want to go to the area again.

Hello from Australia again. WE just wanted to write you and tell you how good our time was in Guilin. Our guide Lisa was excellent and having the driver and guide at our disposal was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the Li River and we had enough time to get to our flight on to Chengdu! The Bravo was very comfortable and had a great breakfast. We just wished we had more time to enjoy it without rushing off! the only downside was we went for massage in some hotel and we now know we got ripped off there – the massage guys were obviously still training and we each paid RMB120. We were mostly able to get massages about RMB 50 elsewhere. So I am not whinging but just letting you know that maybe the guides need to maybe source another massage place that is not so expensive. Otherwise we had a great time. Thanks again for your organisation and we would definitely recommend your travel agency to others who may travel to your part of China.

You were very helpful in all the arrangements and I wanted to be sure that you knew how grateful I am for all of your efforts. I have many good pictures and I can't say enough about Lucy's companionship meant to me.

I realised that I never contacted you to thank you for my birthday cake. It was a lovely surprise, thank you very much.
We loved our time in China. The guides and drivers were fantastic. We especially enjoyed Longshen so thank you very much for your recommendation to stay there. We wish we had stayed there longer as China was much better than Hong Kong!!

 What did you like or dislike about the Service? It was all very punctual and friendly. Lily had a lovely way about her and was very helpful and informative but most of all she was very flexible and patient dealing with demands of our travel with young children.
Would you allow us to publish your comments / photos on our webpage? It will be highly appreciated if you provide your tour photo to us. Yes I would be happy for this. I have attached a photo of our boys, we did not get a good family shot on the holiday unfortunately.

We are much pleased with your planning and the way you handled our trip. It was really nice to have a guide and transportation meeting us at the airport when we came. Both guides were well informed about the sights we were taken to, and also they were kind individuals. It was easy to have all thing arranged by you and your agency. Very good! Mark an Mr Hu were both very nice. Mark made a great effort to make sure that everything was fine at all times.
 Your over all Tour experience was?
Very good! The best organized trip we have made so far in China. (We have also been to Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu, Hong Kong and Hangzhou.)
What did you like or dislike about the Service?
We liked that Mark was flexible with the food he ordered for us. We also liked that we had water every day from the car. Most of all we appreciated that Mark was
knowledgeable and punctual.
Do you have any other comments?
We enjoyed to bike through the country side outside of Yangshou. We liked the narrow roads with little traffic, through the fields at the end of our bike tour.We did
not like to bike with our 8 year old on the big roads. May be it would have been a better idea for us to take the van or a "taxi" out of the city to the bike paths,
and then bike on smaller roads, and take a van/"taxi" back to the hotel, even if we would have had to pay a little extra.
