Day 1 Arrive at Chengdu (-/-/-)

Be met at Chengdu airport and transferred to your hotel.
Welcome to Chengdu, where the capital of Sichuan province lies. We meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you have free time to relax.
Day 2 Chengdu / Wolong (B/L/D)
Visit Dujiangyan (Irrigation System built in ancient China) on the way to - Wolong Nature Reserve, home of the Giant Pandas; Arrive at Wolong in the afternoon, and visit the Giant Panda Museum and Giant Panda Garden, where you can get very close to these cute animals and get better understanding of the Giant Panda.
Day 3 Wolong / Wuyipeng (B/L/D)
Trek toward Wuyipeng after breakfast, watch birds en route; Have picnic for lunch.
Day 4 Wolong / Mt. Balang / Wolong (B/L/D)
Go to Mt. Balang after breakfast for bird watching. Go back to Wolong in the afternoon.
Day 5 Wolong / Lixian / Hongyuan (B/L/D)
Leave for Hongyuan in the early morning; Watch bird en route.
Day 6 Hongyuan / Zoige (B/L/D)
Watch the birds living in the plateau: along the Yellow River, in Zoige marsh and Medo Lake.
Day 7 Zoige/ Jiuzhaigou Hotel (B/L/D)
Drive to Jiuzhaigou National Park after the breakfast. Enjoy the scenery en route.
Day 8 Jiuzhaigou (B/L/D)
On this day you will enjoy a tour to the Jiuzhaigou National Park. Go up to the primitive forest in one of the three valleys for bird watching, then trek down to the Grass Lake, Pearl Lake, etc.
The highest part is Long Lake at 3100 meters above sea level. You can then take the tourist bus to the top, then walk down part way and take the bus down the rest of the way.
Day 9 Jiuzhaigou (B/L/D)
Go up to the Long Lake (3100 meters above sea level) in Zezhawa valley, then trek down to Multi-colored Lake and Seasonal Lakes for bird watching; Trek to Nuorilang and go back to hotel in late afternoon.
Day 10 Jiuzhaigou / Wanglang (B/L/D)
After breakfast, leave Jiuzhaigou for Wanglang Natural Preserve; Visit the Natural Preserve and watch birds around that place.
Day 11 Wanglang (B/L/D)
 Visit the preserve, go back to hostel in late afternoon
Day 12 Wanglang / Chengdu (B/L/D)
Go back to Chengdu; If time allows, go to Dufu Thatched Cottage or Wangjiang Park for bird watching.
Day 13 Chengdu / Departure (B/-/-)
International/Internal Flight arranged by you
After breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
