Day 1 Arrive at Kunming (-/-/-)

Welcome to Kunming, where the political, economic, communications and cultural center of Yunnan lies. Because of its year-round temperate climate, Kunming is often called the "Spring City". We meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
If time permits, stroll around the Green Lake Park which located in downtown of the city. The scenery of the Green Lake Park in early spring is one of the eight most beautiful scenes in City of Kunming. one of the most picturesque parks in downtown Kunming. In November and December every winter, huge flock of red-beaked gulls migrates here from Siberia.
Around the park, there are many excellent bars and restaurants. it is also an ideal place to experience Kunming nightlife.
Day 2 Kunming / Jiuxiang / Stone Forest (B/L/D)
 In the early morning, drive to Jiuxiang Scenic Spot (1.5h) for taking photos.
There are over 100 various sized dissolved caverns in Jiuxiang Scenic Spot. It is the largest and most unique cave group system with the most number of caverns. Jiuxiang is known as the "Museum of Limestone Caves". The caves in the area are praised for their grandeur, wonder grotesquerie and natural beauty.
Jiuxiang, the birthplace of the aboriginal Yi ethnic people, has a strong minority custom color, a long cultural history, and widely spread old myths and tales. These include Hunting Festival, the Worship the White Dragon Festival, Love Song Contest, Bullfighting, Wrestling, Sanxian Dance (Sanxian is a three-stringed plucked instrument), Rattle Stick Dance and so on.
In the afternoon, drive to Naigu Stone Forest (about 30minutes) .
It is just 8 kilometers from the Scenic Spot of Major Stone Forest and Minor Stone Forest with an area of about 10 squ. kms.The high expressway just connects Shilin with the Heisongyan Scenic Spot 5 kilometers east of Shilin railway station. This area is the major sightseeing area of dark stones which mainly composes of stone pillars, stone pagodas and stone castles. All of these towering stones are displaying a grand view over magical sceneries.
Day 3 Stone Forest / Luoping (B/L/D)
 After having breakfast at hotel, in the early morning, take the photos of Stone Forest.
Stone Forest is in Shilin (Former Lu Nan) Nationality Autonomous County, which is about 120 kilometers (75 miles) from Kunming and requires only a three-hour drive. It covers an area of 400 square kilometers (96,000 acres) and includes both large and small stone forests, as well as many other scenic spots. An old local saying says that "If you have visited Kunming without seeing the Stone Forest, you have wasted your time." Truly, the Stone Forest is one of the most important attractions of Yunnan).
After having lunch at local Chinese restaurant, drive to Luoping (about 3hours).
Upon arrival, check in the hotel to have a good rest.
Day 4 Luoping / Kunming (B/L/-)
In the morning, after having breakfast at hotel, transfer to Luoping Duoyihe River Scenic Area (about 30min).
 The total length is 12km, on the river course spread with over 40 waterfalls, folded water, classical beaches, ten curves. The river water is limpid and dark green, with green bamboo forest at the two banks. Of a sudden, you may hear the joyful laughter from the ancient and simple and heavy mill wheel. The folk customs of Buyi People here are rich and intoxicated. Especially on the third day of the third month of lunar calendar, the Buyi young people, ladies and gentlemen, are well wearing, and come to the river bank, play games by the bamboo boat, sing alternately for the spouse, and you will feel a peach atmosphere.
Luoping is a national base for raising bees and proudcing honey products. Early every spring, the blossoming rapeseed flowers of Luoping draws flocks of tourists and photographers. Sprawling farmland covered in golden rape stretches right up to the horizon, forming a sea of yellow buds and filling the air with the refreshing smell of spring.
In the afternoon, drive back to Kunming (about 4-5hours)
