Welcome to Xi'an, where the ancient China capital and the starting place of Silk Road lies. We meet you at Xianyang international airport and transfer you to your hotel. Free at leisure or arrange your time on your own.
Day 2 Xi'an (B/L/-)
Begin the day's activity with an once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2,200-year-old Terracotta Army of China's first feudal Emperor, Qin Shihuang. As THE 8TH WONDER OF THE WORLD, the Terracotta Warriors located in Jiangzhai Xichang Village, about one mile from Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum. There are about 8,000 of these warriors and horses covering a massive area of 20,000 sq meters. For history lovers, the sight is truly breathtaking.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Huaqing Hot Springs, which is situated 30 kilometers east of Xi'an at the foot of the Lishan Hills. The springs were a popular retreat with Emperors more than 2,500 years ago, many of whom enjoyed bathing in the perfectly clear mineral water.
After coming back to the city, have another tour to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Situated at south of the Xi'an city,as one of the main constructions in the famous Buddhist temple-Da-Ci-En Temple, the pagoda is one of the most distinctive and outstanding landmarks for Xi'an City.
Day 3 Xi'an (B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive to Famen Temple, about 118 kilometers(73 miles) west of Xi'an. Famen temple is renown for for storing the veritable Finger Bone of the Sakyamuni Buddha. Then visit Qianling Tomb and the Museum of Qianling Tomb.
Day 4 Xi'an / Departure (B/L/-)

After breakfast, our local guide will pick you up at the hotel and accompany you to the Shaanxi Provincial Museum, which is the largest comprehensive museum in the province. It exhibits primarily historical relics of past dynasties and displays precious art treasures and stone carvings of the Han and Tang dynasties. Walking through the exhibits in the museum is like walking through the 3000 years of China history.
Then visit the Ancient City Wall. It is the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. The wall was built in the Tang dynasty (618 -907) and enlarged in the Ming dynasty (1368-1644).
Finally have a tour to the Bell Tower, which is the most well-preserved and best-known one among many ancient cities of China. The Bell Tower was originally built in the Yingxiang Temple in 1384, at the intersection of West Street and Guangji Street. Then in 1582, it was moved to its present pivotal position, in the very heart of the city at the junction of four main streets extending to the east, south, west and north, for rebuilding and later restorations. With magnificent carved beams and painted rafters, this classical building is truly elegant.
In the afternoon, you will be escorted to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
