2. Get response from us
Your inquiry will be answered by one of our travel consultants within 24 hours as well as a designed travel plan including details of hotels sightseeing trips and flight schedules.

3. Amend and revise
Carefully check the travel plan to see whether it suit you or not when you receive our response. Feel free to amend the itinerary by changing hotels, transportation means and travel sites. You may ask as many questions as you would like to know.
When we receive your requires and questions, we will answer ASAP and revise the proposal as per your requests, then send it to you with a new quotation.
4. Learn about our policies
Before you accept our offer, it is necessary for you to learn something about our policies so that we can have a good communication: Booking Terms and Conditions and Payment methods.
5. Accept the proposal and make deposit
Till you get your most suitable proposal from us and decide to accept our offer, we are pleased to receive your e-mail stating your acceptance of our offer. Then your travel consultant will guide you to make deposit. You can choose any payment method in our payment center.
6. Secure and confirm your booking
Upon receiving your deposit, we will start to make reservation immediately. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send the confirmation to you. When we encounter some items in the proposal such as flights, hotels are not available during we making reservation we will suggest alternative options. With your approval to the options, we continue the reservation and secure the booking.
7. Settle the final payment
10-15 days before the starting date of the tour, your final payment is required to be settle. Once the final payment settled, and we are acknowledged by you, an updated confirmation with confirmation code will be sent to you.
